RETURN

You may return the goods without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt. To do so, complete and sign the return form. FSend the form to the address of the company’s registered office or by e-mail to: support@keemple.pl.

Send the goods together with the completed form to the following address: Keemple Polska Sp., ul. Sarmacka 12G/30, 02-972 Warsaw. The cost of packaging and sending back the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

COMPLAINT

Please print, complete the complaint form and send it back to the address of the company’s registered office or by e-mail to: reklamacja@keemple.pl. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt of the completed form. We do not require the Goods to be sent along with the complaint form. In response to a complaint, we will inform you of the possible need to send the Goods.
